Request AccessAre ForgeCAD and the manufacturing suite separate products?
Yes. ForgeCAD is the design and engineering platform (CAD, CAM, simulation). The manufacturing suite (ForgeMachine, ForgeMaint, ForgeOps, ForgeProcure) is the shop floor and operations layer. They integrate deeply — a ForgeCAD Pro subscription gives you the CAD side; a Suite plan gives you the manufacturing side. Many customers run both.
Can we use the Community tier in production?
Yes. The Community tier is the ForgeKernel Python package under an open-source licence. Use it freely in scripts, automation pipelines, and CI/CD. No time limit or seat restriction. The only thing missing is the desktop GUI.
Is there a free trial for the paid tiers?
ForgeCAD Studio and Pro include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required.
Can we run Forge alongside our current software?
Yes. Forge is designed for parallel installation. Run it next to your current CAD or MES, compare directly, and cut over when you're ready. Your existing tools keep working.
What does on-premise deployment include?
Enterprise customers can deploy the full Forge stack on their own infrastructure via Docker. We provide the images, initial setup, and ongoing update support. Your data never leaves your network.
