About Skyfire Works

We started with one question.
Why does this take 4 hours?

A machine fault on a manufacturing floor becomes a work order in 4 hours on a good day. A phone call, a CMMS login, a drawing hunt, a stores check, a procurement email. Each step manual. Each step a chance for something to go wrong.

We built Forge to make that number zero. Not smaller. Zero.

What we believe

Strong opinions, strongly held.

Trust is not negotiable.

Every claim we make ships with verifiable evidence. Not a vendor assertion — an artifact you can download and check yourself. ForgeCertify exists because software for industrial operations has to be provably correct, not just probably correct.

One pipeline. No hand-offs.

Every product decision is made against a single question: does this eliminate a hand-off or create one? The fragmentation problem in manufacturing software is not a product gap — it's a design philosophy failure. We built Forge to fix it at the architecture level.

Deterministic over clever.

When a fault fires at 2am on a production floor, predictable behavior is more valuable than intelligent behavior. Forge acts on defined logic, not probability. You can audit every automated decision. Nothing happens that you can't trace.

Every excuse removed.

We're in the business of removing excuses. Every reason a manufacturer hasn't solved this yet — integration complexity, migration risk, implementation time, cost — we designed around before we shipped. The only thing left is the decision to start.

The build

How we got here.

2022

Started with one question: why does a machine fault take 4 hours to become a work order?

2023

ForgeCAD kernel certified. ForgeCertify built to prove it. First customer on ForgeMachine.

2024

ForgeSchematics, ForgePLC, ForgeHMI, ForgeRobot added. Engineering build side complete.

2025

ForgeOps, ForgeMaint, ForgeProcure, ForgeHub. The full operations pipeline live.

2026

Platform released. All 16 products in one connected system.

ForgeCertify

We ship proof.
Not promises.

Every ForgeCAD release ships with an Ed25519-signed test manifest — 2,224 geometry operations, 0 failures, downloadable and independently verifiable. No other CAD platform publishes a test manifest. We do because we believe you should be able to check.
